Once you’ve signed-up for our service and your payment has been processed, you’ll receive an email from us requesting the following:

  1. A call to our 24/7 helpline so that we can begin the removal process.
  2. Completion and notarization of forms that we’ll send to you.
  3. A form of Government or State issued identification of the informant (you).
  4. A form of Government or State issued identification of the deceased.
  5. A list of identifying marks for irrefutable identification (tattoo, birthmark, recent photograph, etc.)
