Once you’ve signed-up for our service and your payment has been processed, you’ll receive an email from us requesting the following:

- Completion and notarization of forms that we’ll send to you.
- A form of Government or State issued identification of the informant (you).
- A form of Government or State issued identification of the deceased.
- A list of identifying marks for irrefutable identification (tattoo, birthmark, recent photograph, etc.)
