Ms. Hinton was my representative after my mother's passing and thoroughly explained the plan my mother purchased, how she would be cared for and tracked from the moment she was picked up to when her cremains were returned to me, and offered to arrange a viewing if I desired. The level of respect, empathy, and compassion was unexpected and very welcome. Based on a recent experience with a different family member in a different state, I was concerned there would be a hard sell for additional services or uncharges. I was pleasantly surprised that was not the case with Simply Cremation. When I picked up my mother's cremains, her urn was placed on a table surrounded by greenery and candles in a private, relaxing room. Ms. Hinton offered me time to myself, provided me with the certificates I would need to get through airport security, and placed the urn in an elegant carry bag, and offered to carry her to the car for me. I live out of state and was overwhelmed with the loss of my mother and not knowing what to expect. Ms. Hinton walked me through all of it and patiently answered all my questions. I highly recommend this company due to their compassion, respect, and professionalism.

I lost my husband on 5/13/23 I was comforted by the team at Simply Cremations they helped me arrange cremation, death certificates and other lists of things to do. I also had my husband back in a timely manner 5/23 and in time for his requiem mass, the staff was passionate and I felt very comforted by them every step of the way. Simply Cremations is wonderful! Ashley and Karle walked my father and I through every step of the way after my mother passed; offering water or coffee anytime we needed to stop by. They created a beautifully written obituary with pamphlets and bookmarks of my mother’s picture. They were so caring and answered all our questions ANY time we had them (even after hours). We truly appreciate all they did for us.

Karle helped us with all of the arrangements of getting my father back to our home state for his funeral and burial. She took care of all the paperwork, flight arrangements and making sure he looked peacefully at rest in his military uniform. She was easy to talk to and had an incredibly warm and reassuring way about her, that you just knew you were in good hands. I would highly recommend Simply Cremation and Funeral Arrangements.

I was so impressed that I did not consider any other options. Our first meeting with Karley was very informative and comforting. Jamie and the entire staff went above and beyond to help us with my mother's cremation. From expediting the process of getting death certificates to answering all our questions and concerns. They treated us with great care and respect. If you have found yourself in the unfortunate circumstance of needing a cremation service, these folks are too notch and will help you with everything along the way. Highly recommend.

I talked to a couple places and immediately knew that Simply Cremation was the one to go with. Their staff was kind and patient on the phone during that initial call and throughout the whole process. My dad was the first to pass in the family, so I had no experience with what to do. Karle helped us through everything and was great at providing guidance. We loved working with the staff at Simply Cremation.The chapel was just the right size for a smaller service and everthing went smoothly. Everyone was so friendly and helpful when we decided to divide up my husband's ashes. I was able to buy a lovely little urn last minute with no pressure on which one I should pick. They also found the perfect Pastor who did a wonderful job even though he had never met Bob personally. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing a cremation and service in their area.

This is the second time I've had to use their services. The staff is extremely caring and walked me through all the steps I needed to take going forward. They helped with informing Social Security and the VA (my husband was a veteran). They helped me procure his flag and gave me the info I needed to get his veteran's benefits. They also took care of getting the death certificates and how many I would need. This was an unexpected death and they took care of me and my loved one as if we were part of their own family. Importantly to me, they returned every phone call promptly with whatever information I was asking about.

When our 20 year old daughter unexpectedly passed from an aortic aneurysm, we were in so much shock and grief, we didn’t know how to proceed. We chose Simply Cremation mainly due to the close proximity. But we quickly realized we had made an excellent choice. Karle walked us through everything and made a very difficult time a little less stressful. I would highly recommend to anyone in need of these services. So professional and caring.

Simply Cremation was great. They were extremely helpful in taking care of our Cremation needs. My Mother and I felt the Staff was very nice and sympathetic to our needs. We didn't feel taken advantage at all during our experience, they didn't push any unneeded or unwanted services on us, and they explained the process that we needed to go through very thoroughly. Overall, in our time of grief, they were incredibly helpful to my Mother and myself.

Simply Cremations was so easy to work with they took care of everything for us and made the process so simple. It gave us time to mourn and not think about any of the arrangements or paperwork.
