Mr. David John Brott passed away on October 26, 2022, in Peoria, Arizona of a long-time illness. He was born on November 25, 1949, to Robert and Corinne Brott (Evert) in St. Paul, Minnesota.
He spent his whole life in the hotel business as a general manager. He was very active in Hospitality Minnesota, an organization dedicated to teaching young people about the hotel business and improving hospitality conditions in the state of Minnesota. He was a loving father and grandfather.
He is survived by his spouse, Valerie Brott (Lucy); his son Justin Brott; daughter Shannon Brott (Cummings) and brother, Dennis Brott. As well as his 5 grandchildren, Kierra Walske, Mason Cummings, Jack Cummings, Colin Brott, and Nora Brott.
He was preceded in death by his mother, father, and his brother Daniel Brott.
A Celebration of Life is being planned for a later date. The information will be posted when available.
The family suggests donations be made to Hospitality Minnesota.
