Eloise Grace Easton Jensen Jeardeau 1929-2020

Eloise Grace Easton Jensen Jeardeau, 90, of Surprise, AZ, formerly of Loves Park, IL, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 20, 2020. Born July 4, 1929, in Rockford, IL, the eldest daughter of Henry and Grace (Teachout) Easton. Eloise owned Cherry Place Donut Shop and Countyline Café, both in Loves Park, IL. She was a lover of animals, the Chicago Bears, and her family. She married Leland Jeardeau on April 9, 1988. They spent many years together traveling in his semi and spending summers at Pearl Lake. She was always such a stylish and hip grandma who loved shopping, getting her nails done, keeping up with her Facebook, watching Dr. Phil, and texting her family and friends. She enjoyed eating meals out and spending time with those she loved most. She will be greatly missed by her son Greg (Teresa) Jensen and daughter Cyndi (Marty) Barclay. Grandchildren, Jessica (Tom) Fraser, Kelly (DJ) Clayton, Kari (Jake) Lewellen and Jennifer (Brandon) Watts. Great-grandchildren, Gavin, Kennedy, Carly, Maia, Hayden, Jackson, Brody, Camden, Zion, Olivia, Eastyn, Danae and a little boy on the way. Brother Howard and Dick (Barb) Easton. Sister Elinor (Ed Quick) Vaher. Sister-in-law Pam Easton, many nieces and nephews and her dog Buffy. Predeceased by husband Lee Jeardeau, sister Alice Chamber, brothers Bob, Don, Gilbert and Raymond Easton. Previous husband and father of her children Milt Jensen. Per Eloise’s request, no services will be held. Cremation rites have been accorded by Simply Cremation in Surprise, AZ.

    We are here for you and totally understand what you are going through because both of us have gone through this with our parents.

  3. Eloise was my second Mom and I loved her like a Mom I spent a lot of time with her and Lee they would visit my husband Jim and I in Hot Springs, Arkansas. I can not put in words or express how Much she meant to me or How much I’m going to miss her and her great wit and sense of humor and telling stories. I Love You Eloise ❤️❤️❤️😘😘😘

  4. My sister and I were glad to have gotten to know Eloise and help her through her last years in Loves Park and help her get to Arizona. We miss her but glad she is at rest with no more pain.

  5. Loved this lady from the first day I met her in early 1988. She will be missed. Condolences to the family.
