Jennifer L. Demoney

Jennifer Louise Demoney, 61 of Peoria, Arizona died on July 15th, 2022 in Surprise, Arizona. She was born September 20th, 1960, to Charles Demoney and Barbara Reese in Denver, Colorado.

Jennifer loved watching the Denver Broncos on gamedays, and the sport of rugby. She enjoyed live music, hummingbirds, and spending time with her family.

Some of her happiest memories were the years that she worked at Thunderbird School of Global Management. It was there that she made the most meaningful friendships.

She is survived by her daughter Kara Peterson (Allen Gurganus.) Her sister Autumn Garvin, her brothers: Chip Demoney and John Reese; her step-mother, Judy Demoney as well as her grandchildren: Tatum Peterson, Connor Gurganus, Weston Gurganus, and Owen Gurganus.

She was preceded in death by her parents Charles Demoney, and Barbara Reese; her brother James Demoney and her step-father, Cal Reese.

The family suggests in lieu of flowers, you can kindly donate to the Thunderbird Rugby Club in her honor.

Jenn was one of the first people I met when I arrived in America for the first time to attend TBird back in August of 2016. Not only did her love and support help me through my graduate school experience but also was a voice of reason and a true friend to me and the other international students. I will truly miss you Jenn and so will TBird Rugby! See you on the other side soon my dear.
