Marciano ‘Rocky’ Murillo, Jr

Marciano ‘Rocky’ Murillo, Jr., age 41, of Buckeye, Arizona passed away on October 9, 2018.  He was born May 10, 1977 to Marciano Murillo and Josefina Rivera in Phoenix, Arizona.  Marciano graduated from Gila Bend High School and worked for MCSO and the Buckeye Police Department. More recently, he worked in the trucking/transportation industry.

Family was Marciano’s life.  He was passionate about life and everything he did.  He was a fan of the U of A Wildcats and the Arizona Cardinals and loved cheering on the Tartesso volleyball team.  He was also a member of Palm Valley Church.

Marciano is survived by his wife, Amy Murillo and his daughters, Gabriella, Liliana, Josefina; sons, Marciano and Mateo; sisters, Blanca Ruiz, Ramona Sampaio; and brother, Anastacio Enriquez.   He was preceded in death by his parents.

Services will be held on October 27, 2018 at 1:00pm in the Multi Purpose Building at Tartesso Elementary School. A GoFundMe account has been established to help the family at this time:

  3. I worked with Rocky for a short time. And in that time I came to know Rocky as a kind and hardworking man who was devoted to his family. The world is a little less bright with him gone. My heart goes out to his family God Bless
