Marian Pooley, age 74 of Phoenix, AZ passed away January 19, 2019 in Phoenix, AZ. She was born March 18, 1944 to Archer and Mae Law in Scranton, Pennsylvania.
Marian was a beloved daughter, sister, loving wife and the most wonderful mom and Grammi. She was loving and kind and touched many lives along the way. She had a passion for helping others and was always happiest when she was surrounded by her family and close friends.
She is survived by her daughters Amy Wray, Rachael Pooley, and Leslie Gunnell; sons Robert Pooley, William Pooley and Randy Brannan; sisters Margaret Shick and Jane Main; brother Donald Law and sister-in-law Amy Pooley. Marian is further survived by her 5 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren Samantha Sasfai, Gracelyn, Gunnell, Delanie Gunnell, Randy Joe Brannan, Brett Brannan, Revven Sasfai and Kase Sasfai.
Marian was preceded in death by her husband Edward Pooley, her parents Archer and Mae Law, and her sister Sarah Jane Spencer.
The family suggests donations be made to Hospice of the Valley.
Arrangements are under the direction of Simply Cremation in Surprise, AZ.
I am so sorry to hear of Marian’s passing. She was a good friend over the years and she will be missed by family and friends.
